This Terms & Conditions document ("Terms") constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and Garuda88 ("Platform", "we", "the Company"). • Not currently experiencing any active gambling problem and have never been asked by a family member or authority to stop gambling.
• Have never had an account previously closed or banned at Garuda88 due to a terms violation.

Each individual is only permitted to open and hold one (1) account at Garuda88. Opening multiple or duplicate accounts is a serious violation that may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any remaining balances and bonuses. Garuda88 reserves the right to conduct background checks and request identity verification documents at any time.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete information, including your full name, identification card number, active email address, and a valid Malaysian mobile number. False or incomplete information may result in your account being suspended or closed and withdrawals withheld until verification is completed.

You are solely responsible for keeping your Garuda88 username and password confidential. Garuda88 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your own failure to protect your login credentials.

• Do not share your username and password with anyone, including family members or friends.

Winnings and account balance withdrawals may be requested at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal: RM 30 per request.

• Welcome Bonus: Available to new members after their first deposit. Subject to the minimum wagering requirements stated in the offer.

• Confirmed bets are final and cannot be cancelled or modified once confirmation has been received, except under specific circumstances expressly stated by Garuda88.
• Garuda88 reserves the right to reject, limit, or void any bet before it is processed in the event of a technical error, incorrect odds, or any other reasonable grounds.
• Bets accepted at odds that contain an obvious error will be voided and the full stake returned to your account.
• For postponed or cancelled events, bets will be refunded unless the event is completed within 48 hours of the original scheduled time.
• In-play bets (bets placed while a match is in progress) are final based on the state of play at the time the bet is received and confirmed by the system.
• Garuda88 uses official data and results from the relevant sports governing bodies. Results determined by our system based on this official data are final.

Use of the Garuda88 platform is subject to strict standards of conduct. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and legal action where applicable:

• Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months with no transactions.

Should your account be closed due to a terms violation, Garuda88 reserves the right to forfeit all bonus balances and any balances arising from the violating activity. Any legitimate original deposit balance will be returned upon completion of the investigation, subject to applicable legal requirements.
